Jennifer L. Hall is a Guardian ad Litem and lifelong Central Florida resident with a deep commitment to advocating for the best interests of children and families. With more than eight years of experience as a Senior Family Law Paralegal, Jennifer brings a strong understanding of the family court system along with a compassionate, steady presence in emotionally challenging cases.
As a mother of two, Jennifer understands the importance of stability, care, and advocacy in a child’s life. Her approach is grounded in neutrality, professionalism, and empathy—ensuring that every child’s voice is heard and every family is treated with respect.
Jennifer is known for her calm demeanor, thoughtful listening, and dedication to fairness. Outside of her work in family court, she enjoys spending time with her children, husband, and rescued pit bull. Jennifer also enjoys reading every evening and, on the weekends, she can usually be found kayaking in our beautiful Florida rivers.
Jennifer donates her time to volunteer as a Guardian ad Litem in dependency court for abused, neglected, and abandoned children throughout Central Florida. In this role, she provides an objective, caring, and a steady, sometimes years-long, presence for vulnerable children during their most critical times, advocating tirelessly for their safety and well-being.
Whether working with families, attorneys, or the courts, Jennifer brings the same values to every case: compassion, objectivity, and unwavering care for the children she serves.
Education
Jennifer L. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. She also holds two associate degrees from Seminole State College of Florida related to her paralegal career. Her academic and professional background reflect a strong foundation in both legal principles and navigating emotionally charged issues in the family court system, supporting her professional focus on family law and child advocacy.
