Sliding Scale for Guardian ad Litem Fees

To ensure accessible advocacy services for families of varying financial means, Jennifer the GAL offers a sliding scale fee structure based on the combined annual gross income of the parties involved:

• Combined income under $75,000/year – $150 per hour

• Combined income $76,000–$100,000/year – $200 per hour

• Combined income  $101,000 - $150,000/year – $250 per hour

• Combined income $151,000/year and above - $300 per hour
